Lake Pontchartrain Waves

I was heading back to my studio in Old Mandeville today after running errands when I noticed the waves in Lake Pontchartrain were crashing onto the walking trail. While I am sure this happens a lot when storms are around, as they were today, being new to the area and having not seen the lake like that before, I thought I would go check it out. There were several kids out enjoying the spray of water from the waves. Below are a few photos of the photos from today.
